Wireless Internet Notebook
March 5th, 2008 by admin
Working from home is great and all, but man do I get a nasty case of cabin fever sometimes. I’m thinking of investing in a
wireless Internet notebook so I can get out and be around people more often. Maybe get a little sun and look a little less like gollum.
Laptop Wireless Connections must be the best invention ever. For me anyway. Anything that gets me out of the house is great, but one that lets me get my work done and be around people is truly life changing.
I think my next “office” will be the local brewpub. Working on pub grub, Guinness in hand - sounds good to me.

My PC Was A Nightmare!
March 1st, 2008 by admin
I’ve just had a bit of a nightmare trying to fix my PC, so I thought I’d share with you what happened and how I managed to fix it. I got an instant message with a picture attached from a friend but when I opened it, it wasn’t a picture at all. I thought nothing of it until I turned my PC off and turned it on again next day. It immediately opened up my Outlook Express and started trying to send emails. There were popup boxes everywhere! I quickly unplugged it from the internet and run my spyware removal program which found the offending files. So the moral is, don’t trust what your friends are sending you!
