Document Management Standards
January 26th, 2008 by admin
Our document archives are gowing out of control. It’s time for us to institute some
document management standards. Up until now, we’ve been using an ad hoc system, and it’s not going to cut it any more.
In particular, we need to look at Document Management Software Reviews. I think it could help us get things under control, at least to some extent.
Of course the real hassle will be getting management to sign off on the document management standards. They’re tight fisted, but they’re just going to have to fork over the money for this one.

Common Mistake While Scanning Pictures
November 19th, 2007 by admin
Most people just click the scan picture tab without even bothering to check out the preview of the picture. This is a very wrong thing to do. When you are scanning pictures, check out a preview first. If your software does not give a preview by default, get it done manually. You can do several things in this preview. You can crop your image to the right size you want, you can change its resolution, you can even add effects to it, sometimes. So, the next time, never scan a picture without seeing the preview first.
