An Erp Company has a special relationship towards its client. It has a responsibility of guiding the client towards reaping the benefits of an Erp system. In order to fulfill this responsibility it should advice the client in a manner that is mutually beneficial.

Implementation is one key area where the ERP company has a prime responsibility. It should lead from the front in all matters relating to implementation. This phase is a sort of transition period for the users and employees in the client organization.
